As per the decision of the district administration, online application form for online passport will be filled in all the Union Parishad's Digital Center (UDC). No one will go to the broker or any agency to fill out the passport form. If the passport form is filled out and harassed outside, strict action will be taken against the accused.
In this meeting, arrangements were made for organizing union and municipal digital centers and organizers of Union Parishad organized by the district administration.
The discussion was held in the Deputy Commissioner's conference room on Thursday noon. In this, 88 Union Parishad secretaries and all the Digital Center organizers participated in the district.
Additional District Magistrate Speaking at the video conference from Chhatak, Harunur Rashid spoke in the video conference, Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Ahad. She also talked to many people at the video conference meeting.

The application for the passport application was filled in fake seal sign with government officials, teachers-lecturers and doctors. Nobody can be allowed to do this anymore. From now on, the online application for online passport application will be filled in all the Union Parishad's Digital Centers. All the papers will be verified by union council chairmen. In the union council, you can submit the passport fee through agent banking. The matter will be issued to inform all the people of the profession. Will be promoted on Facebook Weekly microfinance will be done in each union. Leaflets will be promoted. The matter will be spread through the mosques in every mosque. All kinds of campaigns will be made to mobilize people. Every such meeting will be organized in every upazila level. '
Arjuna Ghosh, Assistant Director of Sunamganj Passport Office, presented the passport application form online at the beginning of the discussion.

In the meeting, the organizers of different union's digital centers complained that harassment was done in the passport office without giving extra money beyond the prescribed fee. If there was no extra money, many mistakes were made in the application form, there is no mistake in giving money. Speed ​​money was used to work on speed. The work of the digital center of the union is not given importance. '
Additional District Magistrate present at the meeting Harunur Rashid said, "If any such allegation is received from now on, the district administration will take strict measures against the accused." He urged the district administration to report any allegations.
After this, training of Union Parishad Secretary and Digital Center entrepreneurs is being conducted on getting online driving license, motor vehicle registration and fitness from Union Digital Center.
Motor Vehicle Inspector Shafiqul Islam Russel of BRTA Sunamganj Office spoke on various issues related to driving license, motor vehicle registration and fitness training.
